Sales Manager Healthcare

We are looking for a clinic sales account manager to be responsible for, but not limited to:
  • Proactively identifying clinic prospects; establishing and cultivating relationships with and ultimately selling our AI-driven solutions to fertility clinics globally
  • Building and demonstrating an in-depth understanding of Future Fertility offerings including an understanding of competitive landscape, technology, and fertility clinic as well as patient needs to craft and communicate appropriate value proposition
  • Collaborating with embryologist, physicians and clinician management, as appropriate, to sell and deliver them the solution that best fits their clinic workflow
  • Manage the entire end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to pipeline management through deal execution
  • Collaborate with clinicians and management during the sales process and through handoff
  • Provide feedback and input to Future Fertility team for product/service enhancements
  • Being persuasive and solution-oriented with clinics
Displays Sales Acumen:
  • Marketing, business development or sales experience in women’s healthcare is required with experience in
    the fertility space, strongly preferred
  • Actively idenitifies, generates and pursues new clinic prospects
  • Effectively demonstrates sales capacities – opening and closing sales, and prospecting
  • Understands drivers to assist in marketing and selling solutions
  • Is open to adapting to new ideas or business development efforts
  • Maintains a regular, in-depth call and visit cycle that focuses time in field on highest opportunities
    and key contacts
Influences, Negotiates and Communicates for Impact:
  • Is effective at asking relevant questions and listening to understand clinic and patient issues and goals to work toward mutually beneficial solutions and long-term relationships
  • Determines what is relevant to different clinics and patients and applies to make compelling cases for Future Fertility solutions
  • In possession of exemplary customer (clinic) service skills with a deep dedication to patient service
Other Key Qualifications:
  • Self-starter with a sense of urgency
  • Flexibility and experience working in an entrepreneurial, highly dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in other languages, particularly Spanish, is a plus
  • Ability to travel 60 – 80% of the time – fluctuating with requirements of the business
