Customer Solutions Manager – Embryology & FemTech

Future Fertility is a Canadian startup located in Toronto. We develop and market AI-enhanced software solutions in the high-growth market of Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART). We have been chosen by MaRS, North America’s largest urban innovation hub, to be showcased as one of their portfolio companies.

We’re now looking for an organized and client-oriented Customer Solutions Manager to actively implement our software, train embryologists in IVF laboratories, as well as keep IVF clinics engaged. As Customer Solutions Manager of Future Fertility, you will be responsible for the onboarding of prospects and new clients (IVF clinics and Fertility Centers). You will help provide implementation support to do with our product.

You will be supporting the introduction of our software into the clinic’s existing lab environment, their workflow, and SOP. You will take care of providing the documentation and materials necessary for product implementation and training.


  • ensuring that interested IVF clinics are professionally onboarded.
  • managing prospects’ lab environment.
  • support standard installation of the software and help train embryologists.
  • maintaining prospect and client data in the CRM system (HubSpot).
  • follow up with embryologists and gather feedback for possible improvements.


  • BSc or Master’s degree in Biology, Medical Laboratory Science, or something related.
  • Organized and client focused.
  • A self-starter who is able to work independently.
  • Computer skills should include Lab Information System and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of laboratory processes and equipment is a must. IVF experience in a laboratory environment is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Communicates efficiently with laboratory staff and other health professionals.
