Customer Solutions Manager – Embryology & FemTech
Future Fertility is a Canadian startup located in Toronto. We develop and market AI-enhanced software solutions in the high-growth market of Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART). We have been chosen by MaRS, North America’s largest urban innovation hub, to be showcased as one of their portfolio companies.
We’re now looking for an organized and client-oriented Customer Solutions Manager to actively implement our software, train embryologists in IVF laboratories, as well as keep IVF clinics engaged. As Customer Solutions Manager of Future Fertility, you will be responsible for the onboarding of prospects and new clients (IVF clinics and Fertility Centers). You will help provide implementation support to do with our product.
You will be supporting the introduction of our software into the clinic’s existing lab environment, their workflow, and SOP. You will take care of providing the documentation and materials necessary for product implementation and training.
