Future Fertility is a Canadian Startup located in Toronto. We develop and market AI-enhanced software solutions in the high growth market of Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART). We have been chosen by MaRS, North America’s largest urban innovation hub, to become one of their portfolio companies.
We’re now looking for a customer-oriented IVF Customer Service Manager to actively implement our solutions, train embryologists in IVF laboratories, as well as engage and build relationships with IVF clinics. As IVF Customer Service Manager of Future Fertility, you will be in close contact with IVF clinics and Fertility Centers providing implementation support to do with our product. You will provide guidance on how to introduce our software into the clinic’s existing workflow. You will be responsible for delivering documents and materials necessary for product implementation and training.
You will also have the opportunity to participate in scientific research projects in the area of embryology.
– ensuring that interested prospects are onboarded.
– support standard installation of the software and training of embryologists.
– follow up with embryologists and gather feedback for possible improvements.
– close collaboration with scientific research team for future software development.
